As a member of the Alberta Farm Writers’ Association, you are welcome to participate in our annual farm tours, and have a chance to meet and learn from agricultural communication professionals from around the province.

As well, membership with the Alberta Farm Writers’ Association provides professional development and networking opportunities within the province, and nationally and internationally through automatic memberships with both the Canadian Farm Writers’ Federation (CFWF) and the International Federation of Agricultural Journalists (IFAJ). You’ll have a chance to attend annual national and international farm writers’ conferences, receive regular newsletters from both CFWF and IFAJ, and meet agricultural communicators from around the world.
